The 'Manitoba' Tomato is a very dependable and early tomato variety that is excellent for the Prairies. Enjoy the bright red, juicy fruit earlier in the season than other varieties.
Suggestions: Keep tomatoes away from all members of the Brassica family: cabbage, cauliflower, etc. Eliminate blossom end rot problems by deep watering the plants so that the root system will be less affected by fluctuations in soil moisture.

An easy way to produce delicious onion greens in your garden!
Simply set the bulb in your garden (or garden box) 1-2" below the top of the soil.
These are not the same as a bunching onion, as the onion below the surface is similar looking to garlic as it multiplies.
